About the Firm

sean weafer speakingSean Weafer Consulting works with businesses and entrepreneurs to create 'high trust' advisors, leaders and teams. This is accomplished through learning how to create and communicate compelling business relationships.

The firm was formed in 1999 and consists of the principal and several international associates in the areas of customer values-based research, public sector tendering, on-line focus groups, media training, creativity and strategic business development.

It works with professional services, banking, financial, industrial, telecoms and ICT corporates. The central principle of the firm is that the world is undergoing significant transition as we move from a 'command and control' business model to a more networked, collaborative and relationship model and that there is a significant need to assist business (and especially sales management) in the skills of this new environment. The business has offices in Dublin, Ireland and London, England.

About Seán

Seán Weafer is a top-level consultant on creating 'high-trust' advisors, leaders and teams.

He helps corporates and entrepreneurs build compelling business relationships with clients and staff to maximise their performance and productivity.

He describes himself as a business r'evolutionary - not just because of his direct and challenging approach - but because he is in the business of the 'evolution of people, profits and performance through the power of 'R' or Relationships' - R'evolution

Originally an engineer, Seán started training in 1994 and professional executive coaching in 1997 after being mentored by Dr. Denis Waitley - the noted international speaker, author and behavioural psychologist - who describes Seán thus:
