The SellingEQ™ programme creates High Trust Sales and Account Management Executives that succcessfully retain and acquire clients in today's competitive market place:

The SellingEQ™ programme is a distillation of 25 years of study of the key relationship principles of successful business relationships. It is delivered through Seán Weafer’s ‘3m Training Method’ to maximise the behavioural change that comes from his programmes:

•    Manager (should be intimately engaged in the delivery of the training while also being supported in their own management development)
•    Modular (providing the information in timed, specific segments where the training can be practised and internalised before moving onto the next module - new habits and behaviours are developed over time not through traditional one or two day trainings) and
•    Mutual Trust (building high levels of mutual trust between the manager and the team and between the sales/account management team and their clients).


There is  a ‘pre’ and ‘post’ programme survey for each delegate, an initial session with the manager(s) and pre-course interviews with selected executives so that courses are tailored to the exact needs of the business. This programme has been run by firms such as Microsoft Europe and British Telecom.


Programmes are delivered through live engagement, courseware, audio seminars, webinars and 'learning circles' is tailored to each business and can be delivered in different formats.


1. SEQ Intensive Programme


One day exposure to all the modules with Seán Weafer - then support through teleseminars, on-line surveys and the manager being coached to manage the SellingEQ learning circle.


2. SEQ Modular


6 Live Modular weekly workshops with Seán Weafer - and support through on-line surveys.


3. SEQ Home Study and Web Support Programme


The 6 module programme is provided along with 6 monthly webinars and then one month's free membership of the SellingEQ.com Momentum Master Mind Group.
