My first book The Business Coaching Revolution was published by Blackhall Publishing in 2001. It provides professional guidelines for business coaches and a ‘what to look for’ if one is a management, HR or training professional responsible for ‘buying in’ coaching for an organisation. I am extremely proud of the fact that my longtime mentor and dear friend Denis Waitley wrote the foreward.

Since then I have written a number of diverse articles on components of ‘R’evolutionary‘ leadership ranging from the fields of coaching, to networking, to spirituality. Coaching and Mentoring - what is the real difference serves as an example of one of many which has been published on the web over the years.

I am currently working on my second book titled ‘Rebel in a Business Suit - A Handbook for R’evolutionaries’ which is a “co-creation” process - where website visitors can contribute to the final book.

It shares the secrets of the emerging ‘R’evolutionary‘ leaders and workers in today’s “bridge generation” in society and business. Visitors are encouraged to review the new material and either comment or add to the published material.

An exciting part of the project is to create a safe community of these new ‘R’evolutionaries‘ where they can network and discuss relevant issues on our private virtual island in Second Life.
