The root of selling is in ’service’ - so whether we provide a service to company clients or to ‘internal clients’ of our colleagues and team members - we all require the skills of service and selling. Seán doesn’t believe in ‘managers’ - he believes that everyone should be a ‘leader’ and that leaders today lead through the ability to ‘inspire’ and to ’serve’ others. Today selling and leadership are both rooted in service and inspiration.
Seán expresses his purpose and passion by transforming business development and sales approaches in businesses and in the ‘re-birth of leadership’ by working with organisations and individuals to connect with and re-ignite their ‘rebel’ executives and engage with their ‘Millennial’ or Gen X /Gen Y employees.

Seán is an acknowledged expert in the field of results based coaching. A long-term exponent of coaching and an innoivator in this space he both coaches and trains coaches to carry out the R’evolutionary work of assisting others to reach new heights.

‘Purpose’ is the process, the clarity and the vision that we need to move the world forward and ‘Passion’ is the raw emotion that powers that purpose - ‘Provocation’ is that challenge or ‘call to action’ that gives spark to the other two powers.
