sitting-1.JPGWith over 11 years experience internationally in coaching and mentoring, as a Founder Member and an Honorary Vice President of the Association for Coaching in the UK and as a preferred mentoring supplier to Engineers Ireland and their member firms, Seán has an extensive degree of experience not just as a top-level coach in industry but in developing and applying effective coaching/mentoring schemes within a wide range organisations.

He authored one of the first books on executive coaching ‘The Business Coaching Revolution’ (Blackhall Press 2001) and has since authored many other articles, as well as creating his unique G2S coaching system.

Through r’evolutionary coaching, Seán works with private clients (individuals and groups) in addressing personal and professional transformation by guiding them to unlock and pursue their unique purpose and passion through learning how to relate more effectively with themselves, their peers, their colleagues and clients.

Through coaching, he also addresses specific themes such as personal insight, communications, leadership and sales performance.
